The Bialetti Venus Moka Pot combines beauty and elegance in a tastefully designed stove-top espresso maker with a unique style. The Venus can produce a rich, authentic Italian espresso in just 4-5 minutes.

The Venus beautiful stove-top espresso maker body is constructed completely made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel (including all internal parts).  The Venus can be used on gas, electric, and induction stoves.

You can use the Venus on any burner or induction which allows this versatile unit to be used anywhere. Simply add water to the bottom chamber up to the release level and add your coffee into the stainless steel filter. Do not tamp the coffee as water must easily flow through. Screw the Venus back together and place the Venus on a stove top. If using a gas or flame please ensure the flame is not larger then the base of the moka pot. The water pressure will increase which will cause the value to release and the water will move through the coffee grounds. Then the coffee will push to the top chamber through the valve. Once you hear a gurgling sound your Moka Pot is complete, stir the coffee in the chamber to equalise the flavours. Enjoy the great Italian coffee.

LOCAL PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your items from our Clayton, Victoria warehouse. We ask for 1 day’s notice before collecting so we can ensure your items are ready & accessible. We have plenty of accessories, coffee & equipment available in store so collecting from us will allow you to browse our entire range.

We are open Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. We are available Sunday by appointment only.

If you prefer to have your own freight company collect from us, please kindly make contact us to arrange the details.

DELIVERY

We offer free freight to Australian metro areas for machines & machine + grinder packages. Our freight forwarder will ensure your order arrives quickly & safely. The driver will require a signature once the delivery has been accepted.

If you are happy for your freight to be left in a safe place with no signature, please kindly message us to let us know. If there is no “authority to leave” the freight will be returned to the depot if you are not able to accept the delivery.

If you miss your delivery & are left with a “sorry we missed you card” please kindly contact us before contacting the freight company. They will require our authorisation to redeliver so touching base with us first is the best way to organise a redelivery.

We will update your tracking information the afternoon of dispatch. If your tracking shows no results, you should try again in the morning as new entries to the online portal is usually updated overnight

WARRANTY

All of our equipment comes with a warranty. The warranty consists of:– Brand new Espresso Machines and Grinders to be used for both domestic & commercial applications come with an RTB (Return To Base) 12 months parts warranty.– Used (Second Hand) Espresso Machines and Grinders to be used for both domestic & commercial applications come with an RTB (Return To Base) 3 months parts warranty– Accessories and any other equipment we sell only comes with any warranty as dictated by the manufacturer​​​​​​​​​​​​​​What should I do if I am having difficulties with getting my product to work?If you are experiencing problems operating your product, we strongly recommend that you contact us. It is our experience that often when customers believe the product they have purchased is faulty; it can usually be resolved with some basic ‘troubleshooting’.What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or have chosen poorly. Should we decide to accept a return, a restocking fee of 30% + any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock. Special order items or items customised for you cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on new equipment that is now used equipment nor of equipment without packaging. Return freight to us is payable by you.

Equipment from our Vintage Collection is sold as-is with no warranty. You are welcome to inspect these units at our Clayton warehouse, alternatively we can organise a facetime if that suits better. If you would like to cover the technicians cost, we can generally provide a quote to repair the machine to working condition.
