You are welcome to collect your items from our Richmond Victoria warehouse. We ask for 2 business days notice before collection so we can ensure your items are ready & accessible. We have plenty of accessories, coffee & equipment available in store so collecting from us will allow you to browse our entire range. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. If you prefer to have your own freight company collect from us, please kindly make contact prior to arranging this.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free freight Australia wide on all products excluding the coffee roasters. Your freight will require a signature at delivery. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days & should be delivered within 2 business days for metro areas and 4 business days for rural areas.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you provided an email address when purchasing, your tracking information will be emailed through. Alternatively, you can contact us for your tracking number.
International Shipping Policy
We are able to ship our items worldwide. We send our international freight with TNT / Fedex who will ensure your order arrives quickly & safely. If you are not able to generate a freight quote at the time of purchasing, please contact us directly. Insurance for international freight is generally $150.00 per shipment and is recommended to protect your freight whilst in transit to you. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We suggest checking with your local customs what the import taxes, duties or fees may be. If your freight is not cleared through customs in a sufficient amount of time, the freight will be returned to Australia. The cost of the return freight & the reshipping will be your responsibility so be sure to keep in touch with customs throughout the clearance process. Though the customs clearance time is determined by you completing the process, you will generally receive your package within 7 – 10 business days.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods & take sufficient evidence photos before filing a claim. Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance with this.
