The GS3 was first released back in 2008 to offer coffee lovers a commercial grade coffee machine to use in the comfort of their own home.

Following the desire to give the people access to quality coffee from their own home, this compact machine was extremely technologically advanced, housing over a century worth of innovation and planning and hosting a whole array of amazing features such as saturated group heads, PID temperature controls, a digital display for adjustments and large dual boilers.

The GS3 1 Group features the same thermal stability system that is currently used in the popular La Marzocco Strada, this also includes a top of the range preheating system.

The dual boilers of the GS3 increase the stability of the machine and ensures that the barista never runs out of steam, pressure or heat. This is due to the fact that there is one boiler soly for brew water and the other works solely with steam. The PID controls also strengthens stability as it allows you to adjust the temperature to suit the bean or your preferences, the GS3 was made to ensure that the professional barista and the home barista could produce their coffee in their own person way, and to their liking.

Now the GS3 comes in two different models, the GS3 AV which is an auto volumetric machine. The volumetric model allows the barista to program their controls to produce pre-determined shots consistently, making espresso and coffee easy for all. The GS3 MP which operates with a manual panel, this gives the barista complete control over their timing and flavour of their espresso shots.
