The Barista Cloth Set has been developed to assist cleaning and maintaining coffee machines in a commercial environment and is also suitable for home machine use.

Using a unique blend of polyamide and polyester, these special heavy duty cloths do a fantastic job of keeping coffee equipment clean and ready for quality coffee production.

Steam Wand Cloth: Having a separate steam wand cloth is important. Best used damp, the steam wand cloth allows for quick and easy removal of milk residue. It has a tremendous capacity and is large enough to refold a number of times for maximum use. Measures 200 mm x 200 mm / 8 inches x 8 inches

Coffee Cloth with Belt clip: This heavy duty microfiber cloth has been designed to quickly and easily remove coffee waste from group handles and related parts of the machine with ease. Complete with “belt clip” this generous knee length cloth makes keeping your machine in A1 condition a breeze. Measures 310 mm x 600 mm /12 inches x 24 inches

Multipurpose Cloth: This multi-purpose cloth is designed to outlast, out perform and do away with your old-style disposable all purpose cloth and sponge. Ideal for cleaning and polishing coffee machines. Measures 310mm x 310mm /12 inches x 12inches

Washing instructions: wash separately or with lint free articles. Do not use fabric softener. Remove clip before washing (where applicable)

Please contact us to discuss freighting small items to your location. These items can be included in freight free of charge when purchasing a machine or grinder or can be combined with other items for a single freight charge.

LOCAL PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your items from our Clayton, Victoria warehouse. We ask for 1 day’s notice before collecting so we can ensure your items are ready & accessible. We have plenty of accessories, coffee & equipment available in store so collecting from us will allow you to browse our entire range.

We are open Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. We are available Sunday by appointment only.

If you prefer to have your own freight company collect from us, please kindly make contact us to arrange the details.

DELIVERY

We offer free freight to Australian metro areas for machines & machine + grinder packages. Our freight forwarder will ensure your order arrives quickly & safely. The driver will require a signature once the delivery has been accepted.

If you are happy for your freight to be left in a safe place with no signature, please kindly message us to let us know. If there is no “authority to leave” the freight will be returned to the depot if you are not able to accept the delivery.

If you miss your delivery & are left with a “sorry we missed you card” please kindly contact us before contacting the freight company. They will require our authorisation to redeliver so touching base with us first is the best way to organise a redelivery.

We will update your tracking information the afternoon of dispatch. If your tracking shows no results, you should try again in the morning as new entries to the online portal is usually updated overnight

WARRANTY

All of our equipment comes with a warranty. The warranty consists of:– Brand new Espresso Machines and Grinders to be used for both domestic & commercial applications come with an RTB (Return To Base) 12 months parts warranty.– Used (Second Hand) Espresso Machines and Grinders to be used for both domestic & commercial applications come with an RTB (Return To Base) 3 months parts warranty– Accessories and any other equipment we sell only comes with any warranty as dictated by the manufacturer​​​​​​​​​​​​​​What should I do if I am having difficulties with getting my product to work?If you are experiencing problems operating your product, we strongly recommend that you contact us. It is our experience that often when customers believe the product they have purchased is faulty; it can usually be resolved with some basic ‘troubleshooting’.What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or have chosen poorly. Should we decide to accept a return, a restocking fee of 30% + any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock. Special order items or items customised for you cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on new equipment that is now used equipment nor of equipment without packaging. Return freight to us is payable by you.

Equipment from our Vintage Collection is sold as-is with no warranty. You are welcome to inspect these units at our Clayton warehouse, alternatively we can organise a facetime if that suits better. If you would like to cover the technicians cost, we can generally provide a quote to repair the machine to working condition.
