Finished in stainless steel and gold, the Diamantina is designed to be as much a statement piece as a high-performance espresso machine. Separate coffee and steam boilers, dual PID temperature control, a rotary pump and Brewing Pressure Profiling Control provide excellent control over extraction, while the E61 group head delivers traditional espresso preparation with excellent thermal stability.
