The integrated PID display also shows espresso extraction time in seconds, helping you monitor and refine your shots. An E61 brew group, manually adjustable brewing pressure and insulated stainless steel boilers provide further control over your espresso preparation.

The Pro 600 Quick Steam also features programmable ECO mode, a brew group cleaning reminder and durable rotary valves. For enthusiasts who want to explore advanced extraction techniques, the optional Profitec E61 Flow Control Device allows manual adjustment of water flow through the brew group.

Optional Upgrade: Profitec E61 Flow Control Device

Take greater control of your espresso extractions with the optional Profitec E61 Flow Control Device. This stainless steel needle valve allows you to manually adjust the water flow through the E61 brew group, making it possible to experiment with flow profiling and extended preinfusion for more even coffee saturation and extraction.

An included pressure gauge mounts at the front of the group, allowing you to observe pressure changes during extraction. The device is sold separately and must be fitted by our workshop technicians. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for dispatch when selecting this option.

Customisation Options

Personalise your Profitec Pro 600 with optional customisation products, including powdercoat finishes and handle upgrades. Customisation is not included as standard unless specifically selected. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for powdercoat options, as these are completed to order.

What Size Tamper Do I Need?

The nominal tamper size for the Profitec Pro 600 Quick Steam is 58mm. For a closer fit inside the filter basket, a 58.55mm PreciseFit tamper is recommended.
