The Eagle has landed. When the Black Eagle was launched it completely changed the way Baristas worked with coffee machines. Baristas now had access to tech and control that was easily usable in the real world. Make no mistake though, this is a very serious machine and was the World Barista Championship machine for 2015 - 2017.
Competitions aside, in the real world this machine performs with aplomb. It’s a tech masterclass and this is the Gravimetric version with in built scales - so we’re talking yield out in grams not mls now for greater accuracy. The ergonomics are fantastic, the steamer produces beautiful silky milk and it looks great on the bench.
